Police collision data · every UK road

One pass: the road’s full analysis and the police records behind it

Pick a road and get every junction ranked, when and why crashes happen there, and whether it’s getting better – plus credits to open the individual police records. One purchase, one balance, on any device.

  1. Pick your road

A Day Pass or Road Pass covers one road of your choice. Pro covers every road.

  2. See the full analysis

Every junction ranked, the days and conditions crashes happen in, speed limits, and the year-by-year trend.

  3. Open the crashes behind it

Each police record lists the vehicles, drivers and casualties. Your pass’s credits open them:

1 police record = 1 credit, whatever its severity
Choose your pass

Every pass includes credits for police records

No second purchase to open the crashes on your road – the credits come with the pass and sit in the same balance as any you buy later.

Questions people ask

Are a pass and credits two different things to buy?

No – they work together. A pass opens the full analysis for your road (or every road with Pro) and puts credits in your balance. Credits open the individual police records. Buy a pass and you have both. Buy credits on their own only if you just need a crash or two. Everything sits in one balance against your email.

What does a record cost?

Every police record costs 1 credit, whatever its severity – slight, serious or fatal. With no credits, the record’s page picks the smallest pack and, on a road we cover, offers that road’s Day Pass beside it. Pay, and you land straight back on that record with it already open.

Do credits run out?

No. Credits stay in your balance until you use them – including the ones that came with a pass, after the pass itself has ended. Once you open a record it stays open; you never pay for it twice.

How do I use it on another phone or computer?

Your receipt email has a button that signs you in (it works for 14 days, up to 5 times). Or tap “Email me a link” on any record or analysis page and we’ll send a one-time sign-in link to the address you paid with. No passwords.

Is this the police collision report?

No. A record is the police-recorded STATS19 data the Department for Transport publishes for that collision: when and where, the conditions, the vehicles, the drivers and the casualties. It does not include statements or insurance details – the full police report is a separate, paid request to the police force.

How do I cancel Pro or Enterprise?

Reply to your receipt, or email info@uktrafficupdates.uk. It stops renewing, and you keep your access to the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Why does every record cost the same?

Because a record is a record. We don’t think anyone should pay more to read about a crash because someone died in it, and one price means no sums before you open one.

Day Pass or credits – which do I need?

Just want police records? Credits are enough. Want to see the whole road too – every junction ranked, the trend, the conditions? The Day Pass gives you 5 credits – the same as the £4.99 pack – plus the full road analysis for 24 hours.

Refunds, and what if something isn’t right?
Access starts straight away
At checkout you ask us to start now. Once your access starts, or you spend a credit on a record, your 14-day right to cancel ends, so we don't refund for a change of mind after that.
Unused credits
Ask within 14 days of buying and we'll refund your unused credits to your card. Credits you've already spent are charged at £1.00 each (our smallest pack's price per credit).
Something wrong?
If a record or report is wrong, incomplete or won't open, email info@uktrafficupdates.uk. We'll fix it or supply it again. If we can't, you choose: your money back to your card, or the credit back straight away.
Pro and Enterprise
Cancel any time by replying to your receipt. You keep access to the end of the month you've paid for, and you aren't charged again.
Credits never expire
If we ever close the service, or close your account other than for a payment you've reversed, we'll refund unused credits you paid for to your card.
Payment disputes
Please contact us first - we can usually fix things the same day. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card provider, the access and unused credits bought with that payment are paused while the dispute is open, and a monthly plan won't renew in that time. If it's withdrawn or decided in our favour, we restore them; if it's decided in yours, they're removed, because the payment has gone back to you. This doesn't affect your right to raise a dispute or to claim under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
Your own use
What you buy is for your own use: no scraping, bots, shared logins, reselling or republishing.
Your legal rights
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full: what you buy must be as described and work properly. If it doesn't, you can have it put right - and if it can't be, your money back.
Where does the data come from?

Collision records are police-recorded and published by the Department for Transport as the STATS19 dataset, under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We don’t alter the records – we organise, rank and present them.

Can I get an invoice?

Your receipt is emailed the moment you pay. If you need a VAT invoice or a purchase order raising, email info@uktrafficupdates.uk and we’ll sort it.
