Yes, and it stays free: your own profile page with your logo, phone numbers, service area and a map, found in search and on the Explore map. City and service pages show every paying firm, then the 6 best-rated free listings. Paid plans make sure you are always shown, put your logo on your card, add a Call button (Top Spot and City) and get you told first about jobs within 15 miles. The insurance badge is free for every business whose certificate passes our check.

When a driver within 15 miles of you asks for help, every paying firm within 15 miles is told straight away, with Featured firms (Top Spot, City and anyone running a Featured add-on) at the top of the list. Free listings are told a few minutes later, or sooner if every paying firm passes on the job, and the search widens if nobody takes it. Where only a few firms cover an area, everyone is told at once.

Taking a job is paid from your lead credit, at the same price for every firm — plans change who hears first, not what a job costs.

Both are always shown on your city and service pages and always told first about jobs within 15 miles. Priority puts you above every free listing with your logo on a blue card. Top Spot puts you at the very top in the gold Featured card, with your logo and a green Call button, at the top of search results near you, and your logo as a pin on the Explore map. Featured firms share the top fairly, in a fresh random order on every visit.

The gold Featured card and Call button on every city and service page you cover, plus your banner in the advert rotation on your city’s pages (we build it with you) and a “City sponsor” label on Explore. It is shared, never exclusive: any number of firms can take City in the same place. Ask about City and we check your city first.

Both give you the same gold Featured card. An add-on is short-term, paid from credit and ends by itself — ideal for a busy week. Top Spot is £49 a month and adds every Priority perk, so for a month or more it costs less than Featured — 30 days at £49.99.

Sign in to your account, open the Boost tab and pick one. It is paid from your credit balance, so top up by card first if you need to — credit you do not spend stays on your account for job leads and more boosts. No listing yet? Add your business free and boost it as soon as it is approved.

Yes. Paid cards carry a small “Ad” label, as UK advertising rules expect, and every list has a “How we order these providers” note. Paying never changes your rating or your reviews.

That you sent us your insurance certificate, the name on it matches your listing, and the cover was in date when we checked. Your listing shows “Insurance certificate checked” with the date your cover runs to, and the badge comes off on that date.

In My Account, press Cancel plan (or email business@uktrafficupdates.uk). Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, then your listing goes back to free, and nothing more is charged. No contract, no notice period. Add-ons end by themselves.

No. We are not VAT-registered, so there is no VAT to add — at checkout or anywhere else. The price on this page is the full price you pay.

Card payment through Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Plans renew monthly until you cancel. Add-ons and job alerts are paid from credit you top up by card.
