Q: Are roadworks shown alongside incidents?

No — incidents are shown in the main feed for clarity. Roadworks have their own dedicated tab so they don't create noise when you're looking for live incidents.

Q: How often is the traffic data updated?

Incidents update every 3 minutes from National Highways and TfL. Roadworks refresh every 10 minutes from the NH live RSS feed.

Q: What does a red border on an incident mean?

A red left border means a Severe incident — road closure or major collision. Amber is Serious, purple is Roadworks.
