❓ FAQ

Q: How do I check traffic in my area?

Select your region using the My Area tab. Your choice is saved so next time you visit you see your region immediately.

Q: Are roadworks shown alongside incidents?

No — incidents are shown in the main feed for clarity. Roadworks have their own dedicated tab so they don't create noise when you're looking for live incidents.

Q: How often is the traffic data updated?

Incidents update every 3 minutes from National Highways and TfL. Roadworks refresh every 10 minutes from the NH live RSS feed.

Q: What do the colours mean?

A red left border means a Severe incident — a closure or major collision. Amber is Moderate, green is Minor, and purple is Roadworks. An orange "Major" flag marks National Highways major incidents pinned at the top.
