Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use UK Traffic Updates, whatever device you use and however you use it.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We are working to make sure text can be resized, every page works on a phone, and every link and button can be reached with a keyboard.

Some parts may not be fully accessible yet. Maps can be hard to use with a keyboard or a screen reader. The same live incidents are listed as text on the live traffic, road and county pages.

If something is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, tell us on our Report a problem page and we will look at it.
